Myocardial ischemia (INOCA) and acute myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary artery disease (MINOCA) represent emerging entities in the landscape of interventional cardiology. These conditions have heterogeneous pathophysiological mechanisms and clinical presentations, complex diagnostics, and high prognostic significance.
