Radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) effectiveness in atrial tachyarrhythmias correlates with lesion transmurality. Ablation Index (AI) is an index incorporating contact force, time, and RF power simultaneously, able to predict lesion size and outcomes in atrial fibrillation RFCA. Aim of this paper is to assess if AI could be an acute and long-term success predictor in premature ventricular complex (PVC) RFCA.
