Previous studies reported the usefulness of an irrigated circular radiofrequency ablation catheter (nMARQTM, Biosense Webster) for pulmonary vein isolation (PVI). We evaluated the role of intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) to optimize the manipulation of nMARQTM catheter.
