Patients selection for MitraClip: Time to move to transthoracic echocardiographic screening?

Aims of this study are: 1) to compare the feasibility and agreement between transthoracic echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography in the assessment of mitral valve  anatomic eligibility for MitraClip procedure; 2) to evaluate the accuracy of patient selection screening based on transthoracic echocardiography.
