The Scientific Direction is a center for the promotion and coordination of clinical and experimental research, the qualifying activity of the Monzino IRCCS Cardiology Center. The Scientific Committee supports the Scientific Directorate for the promotion, planning and organization of the research.

The scientific director of the Monzino Cardiological Center is Prof. Giulio Pompilio.
