The world is becoming increasingly "connected". Specialized medical care is changing itself to meet this real mutation.
The European directive on patient international mobility has been implemented by the Italian government. In addition, the Expo 2015, which will bring huge flow of tourists from all over the world, is expected to pose to health care facilities in Milano and Lombardia an unprecedented challenge.

That's why Centro Cardiologico Monzino, the first Italian hospital dedicated exclusively to the care of cardiovascular diseases, opens to Europe and to the world, with a special bureau – International Patient Office – aiming to facilitate the access of international patients to its facilities for diagnosis and treatment.
