Health Professional Working Group
The Monzino Health Care clinical staff includes SITRA (Servizio Infermieristico Tecnico Riabilitativo Aziendale) that is in charge of policy, management organization and guidance of the nursing, technical and rehabilitative staff.
The SITRA, with the collaboration of 14 head nurses, 1 head lab technician, 1 referent rehabilitation technician, 1 head radiology technician and 1 head pump specialist technician, operates in agreement with the Health Units, providing personalized nursing and high quality cure to all patients and ensuring the optimum use of available resources, in compliance with the rules of ethics and professional conduct. It also ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of nursing performances in agreement with the objectives of the Institution, it improves operational standards promoting quality projects, research and designs and it implements intervention training and retraining for staff.
